This book is in excellent shape and appears NM at first glance. There is very light spine stress. There is also a faint crease on the upper right corner of the front cover with a hint of color break. There is light wear on the right edge of the front cover and left edge of the back cover and a nick on the left edge of the back cover. This might be a really nice press candidate.
