Staples attached at centerfold and cover. Tearing around bottom staple. Heavy spine stress with color break. Book lies mostly flat.

Corners show medium wear with some blunting.
Color (Cover)
The front cover maintains good color and retains a some of its gloss. Stain on lower left of front and lower right of back cover that runs lightly through some pages. Back cover is off-white with soiling.
Color (Pages)
Pages are off-white to white.
Firmness
Has lost a little of its firmness
Indentations/Creases
Heavy denting and creasing on the covers with color breaks at the edges and corners.
Tears
Nicks at the edges in some spots. Tearing around bottom staple.
