This issue is in nicer shape than the grade suggests with no real creasing, light wear to the corners and great color. But the stain and moisture damage to the bottom of the magazine brings down the grade.

Corners	Corners show minor to medium wear with a small amount of blunting.
Color (Cover)	The front cover maintains great color and retains a little of its gloss. The back cover is off white to white. Tanning at the edges of both covers. Moisture damage to bottom of covers and pages (see pictures).
Color (Pages)	Pages off-white
Firmness	Has lost a little of its initial firmness
Indentations/Creases	Minor denting/wear to the covers. Nick at the right edge of the front cover. Dents at top edge of front cover.
Tears	Nicks at edges in places.
