X-Men #1 (1991 Marvel Comics) CGC 9.4 Collector's Edition + Nice Raw Copy
The issue is sealed and in great condition. Case may have some light scratching when viewing at different angles under the light. The raw copy is also in great shape. Not a 9.4, but an excellent looking reader's copy probably 8.5-9.0 with a little bit of visible spine stress.
