CGC cases may have light scuffing, minor newton rings, or other things consistent with graded comics when viewing under certain lighting/angles. Obvious things will be called out. This one looks to be in excellent condition. The magazine itself does have a little distributor ink markings on the cover which most likely led to a small decrease in grade.
